TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. You, a man or woman over the age of 18, have the right to employ our services and our private couriers.

2. We, or our private courier, have the right to refuse your request for service for whatever reason without stating what that reason is.

3. Members of any Royal family, agents, officers, or other persons working for governments are prohibited from using our private couriers but items can be sent to these entities.

4. We, or our private couriers, will not employ lawyers, solicitors or attorneys in any of our dealings with you, the client.

5. Neither do we expect you to use a lawyer, barrister, solicitor, QC or attorney to deal with us or our private courier(s). If one of these is present then the service is terminated forthwith, with any fees paid to us, or our private courier, being retained for our troubles (arriving to your location by whatever means has been used) and our time.

6. We will not break any laws of the country we are picking up from or delivering to unless it is gold and diamonds (or any other precious metals and jewelry) purchased within a jurisdiction where that commodity is lawful to buy at any purity.

7. All undertakings will be achieved with full disclosure on either side as to the following details:

  • Who you are - which can be shown from your State or National passport, Notarised Affidavit, Notarised Act of State, WSA passport, conveyor's information card, travel permit, family Bible, affidavit with between 3-12 witnesses, etc. No details are to be copied and retained by either party. This is a visual inspection. We, or our private courier, will provide same (same).
  • Your address (same).
  • Your telephone number (same).
  • Next of kin contact information (same - in case of death or kidnapping of our private courier).
  • Contact details for your spouse (if married) or partner (if not).
  • What the item is.
  • Size of the item.
  • Weight of the item - (approximate is ok too).
  • Provenance of the item (chain of title, title, receipt, bill of sale, notarised affidavit, trade agreement, custodial information, etc).
  • Quantities of the item.
  • Value of the item.
  • Any outside parties (including family members) that you know of that are intent on stealing or seizing the item, or who have an interest in the item's whereabouts.
  • Amount of times attempts have been made to deliver the item.
  • If anyone has been harmed in relation to this item.
  • Whether remote viewers have been employed by others in relation to this item to either try and locate it or for some other reason, if known.
  • Whether or not silence (verbal, electronic or otherwise) will be required between pickup and delivery of item due to eavesdropping by government agents or other entities.
  • Pickup address.
  • Delivery address.
  • Timeframe for delivery.
  • Importance of punctuality of delivery (for unforeseen circumstances).
  • The importance of the item to be delivered (if, for some reason, due to, for example, dangerous laws put in place by criminals in power masquerading as government officers, the country being delivered to has restrictions in place preventing the private courier from easily entering it, other solutions may need to be employed).

8. If, for some reason we, or our private courier, during the course of the delivery, feel(s) that information has been withheld that would make his/her job easier or safer, he/she has the right to terminate the contracted service and return the item to its originating source. You will be liable for any costs incurred by us or our private courier up till that point.

9. We will not take possession or deliver, of any of the following items:

  • Drugs; pharmaceutical, illegal, narcotic, or otherwise.
  • Guns, unless accompanied by the relevant shipping manifests allowing lawful transport of said items.
  • Sugar.
  • Cigarettes.
  • Gasoline.
  • High Fructose Corn Syrup.
  • Monosodium Glutamate
  • Canola Oil.
  • Pork.
  • Vaccines.
  • Any pesticides made by the major pharmaceutical companies.
  • Counterfeit goods.
  • Any other item we, or our private courier, are uncomfortable about transporting.
  • Body parts, unless accompanied by a release waiver, consent letter, and/or transportation documentation.
  • Adrenochrome.
  • Objects used for ritualistic (Satanic) purposes.
  • Cadavers, unless accompanied by a release waiver and/or transportation documentation.
  • Men, women and children who are dead/alive and are being transported without lawful authority, are under duress and/or without their consent (human/organ trafficking). If we are being asked to escort men, women or children for safety reasons, we have the right to use any means at our disposal to verify that the individuals are fully aware and are consenting to being safely escorted to their destination.

10. We, and our private courier, will undertake to do our best to:

  • treat you with the utmost respect,
  • be courteous at all times,
  • do the best that we can possibly do for you,
  • provide you with the best service that we can possibly undertake,
  • be honest at all times in our dealings with you (within the scope of your reality),
  • take full responsibility for anything that may happen to your item while it is in our, or our private courier's, possession,
  • never knowingly lie to you,
  • always tell the truth as we comprehend it to be,
  • always answer your calls whenever possible until the service is complete,

11. We, or the private courier, have a right to use an electropsychometer on you if needed. This will be employed after the service has been instigated by us or the private courier (due to lawful/legal problems that may cause harm to us or our private courier), and will be used to help us determine if there are any hidden intentions towards us or the private courier(s). An electropsychometer, or e-meter for short, is used to find areas of distress or hidden motives in an individual by asking questions in a neutral environment. It is administered by a skilled practitioner or one who has been trained in its use. It is not a lie detector and will not be used as such. This action will be undertaken at our expense.

12a. You, the customer, also have the right to demand that we, or our private courier, also have the e-meter used on us if there are any disputes about a service that we have provided that you were not happy with, or where something has gone awry and the item has not been delivered or has been lost. This will be undertaken at our expense.

12b. In opting to use a practitioner to administer an e-meter session for either the client or our private courier the following must be observed by the one taking the session:

  1. Alcohol must not be consumed 24 hours prior to the session.
  2. Marijuana, or any other psychadelic drug, must not be used for 6 months prior to the session (it impedes memory recall).
  3. A session will not be at all possible if one has ever taken psychiatric drugs (anti-depressants, Ritalin, etc).
  4. Anyone that has been in the military may not be eligibile for a session (due to the possibility that MK Ultra-type programming was administered to them without their knowledge).
  5. Appropriate levels of food (especially protein - cottage cheese, hemp protein, eggs, tuna fish, meat, beans, etc) and rest (8 hours) must be taken prior to the session.

There are no exceptions to any of the above points unless 8 hours of rest is unusual.

13. If there any disputes we, and/or our private courier, will employ an outside party chosen by us to adjudicate and/or get to the bottom of the disagreement (these are not your run-of-the-mill adjudicators).

14. Both we and our private couriers will keep all dealings with our customers confidential.

15. Payment for services rendered (but not including the actual monies for costs incurred) can be in any form agreed to by us, our private courier and the client. This includes but is not limited to: gold coins, silver rounds, bullion, diamonds, real estate property (via quit claim then warranty deed in the USA, private trade agreements in the UK - not registered via the Land Registry Office), lottery proceeds, cars (with a bill of sale or appropriate paperwork filled out and sales tax, if any, paid by the client), artwork, bearer bonds, numbered/offshore bank accounts, yachts, mining and mineral rights, royalties from: patents, music, books, manuscripts and movie rights; valid dividend bearing share certificates, US Dollars, Tether (USDT on the Tron Network using the TRC20 protocol) crypto wallets/accounts, valuable shell corporations, etc.
